Check In/ Check Out

It’s important to note that the reception and booking into Grafton Guest House is via our sister hotel Kellys which is just a couple of doors past the Guesthouse, next to Hogans Bar.

Reception opens from 8.00hrs until 11.00hrs daily.

Check-in to rooms from 14.00hrs. Check-out 12noon.

Deposit

A deposit of 1st night stay will be charged to your card for all rooms booked for all email or telephone bookings. We will confirm charge in our Confirmation Email. Deposits will be subject to our Cancellation Policy detailed below.

Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or “no-shows”.

Cancellation Policy

Grafton House operates a 48-hour cancellation policy from 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival date.

A 5-day cancellation policy applies to Group Bookings (4+ rooms) from 12 noon 5 days prior to arrival.

No Elevator

Bedrooms are located on 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors and we do not have a lift/elevator. Reception (located on 1st floor) is accessed by stairs from street level entrance. If you have any problem with stairs we advise you do not book with us. We do not have a porter to help with luggage.

Breakfast Time

Breakfast is served daily in the award winning LGueuleton Restaurant, Monday to Sunday 08.00 – 10.30am.

Parking

We have no on-site parking. There are secure chargeable car parks nearby on Drury Street (see map). Parking in Dublin City is expensive, from €20 per day plus a small charge overnight.

Young Children

For safety reasons, it is with regret we are unable to accept bookings that include toddlers/young children up to 8years.

Pets

We do not allow pets in the guesthouse.

Smoking

We are a “no smoking” house.
